There are laws in Texas that protect you as a consumer purchasing a mobile home. At Village Homes, we of course comply with all applicable state laws. This means that:
- As required by state law, we are the retailer provide for the installation of your mobile home and ensure that the application for the issuance of a Statement of Ownership and Location (known as an SOL and similar to a title) is properly completed.
- As the retailer of your new manufactured home, we are required to give you a written warranty. At Village Homes we make this as easy as possible for you. We have an in-house service department that can help you with any warranty issues that may arise.
- With your new manufactured home purchase, we are responsible for ensuring that the land where your home will sit is properly prepared.
